All products shown on our site are invitations to place an order, not legally binding offers.
Your purchase becomes official once we confirm your order or ship your item(s).

Prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) by default. For your convenience, prices may appear in your local currency during checkout, but the final charge will always be in CHF.

Unless otherwise noted, prices include shipping. You won't be charged extra for delivery unless clearly stated for a specific item.

Depending on where you're located, local VAT, customs duties, or other import fees may apply. These are not included in the price and must be paid by you.

While we aim to deliver promptly, shipping times are estimates unless we’ve confirmed otherwise. If your order is delayed significantly, you're entitled to cancel it after a reasonable waiting period.

We accept the payment methods listed during checkout. We may limit certain payment options depending on your location or order details.

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them – no legal reason needed, but we do ask that you let us know the reason for your return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

We highly recommend contacting us before sending anything back. In many cases, we’re happy to offer an alternative solution (like a refund, partial refund, or store credit) – without the need to return the product.

Returns are not accepted for:

• custom-made or personalized items

• used, worn, damaged, or washed items

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund (minus any applicable charges, if relevant).

We follow Swiss consumer protection laws.
Please report visible defects within 5 days of receiving your order.
We’re not liable for damages caused by slight negligence, where legally allowed.

We collect and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on www.oekku.com.

OEKKU products are made to order and shipped directly by trusted production partners located in various countries. This means your order will be shipped directly from the country of manufacture, without passing through Switzerland.

If you’re located in a different country than the manufacturer, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply. These are not included in our pricing and are your responsibility.

Not sure where your item will be made or shipped from? Feel free to reach out before ordering, and we’ll gladly provide the info.

We have no control over international customs fees and recommend contacting your local customs office if you're unsure.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
All legal matters will be handled in Zurich, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OEKKU and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the website, services, or any content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall OEKKU be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of any product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
